@LasVegasFill This is the very reason I will never visit papi steak. But I’m old so this probably appeals to the younger folks. Also I have “wagyu” fatigue. Most overused term in restaurants. Anything “Wagyu”other than genuine Japanese Wagyu is basically “prime” (still can be delicious).
