TxDOT is using an opt-in SurveyMonkey poll for determining whether they build the I-45 project as planned or take their ball and go home.

RE: @TxDOTHouston I-45 project, @SylvesterTurner says "A survey is not public engagement. Further, this survey is framing a false choice,. We do not intend to play their game... The take it or lose it position being offered by TxDOT is not helpful in getting this project done."
