@IndiaHaier why is your representative saying that if your team does not install my @HaierBMR refrigerator, the warranty will be void? A refrigerator is a plug-and-play appliance and normally does not require mandatory installation. Please clarify your official warranty policy.

पिछले 18 दिनों से, @excitel_rocks का इंटरनेट मुझे सिरदर्द दे रहा है क्योंकि हर दिन मेरे लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग सत्र बाधित हो रहे हैं। मैं लगभग एक दशक से एक्साइटेल का उपयोगकर्ता रहा हूँ, अपलोड स्पीड जीरो तक गिरने का इतना लंबा दौर कभी नहीं चला!

मेरे पास @JioCare का इंटरनेट भी है, पर वो कभी भी भरोसेमंद नहीं रहा है। बैकअप के लिए रखा था, ₹8000 का लोड बैलेंसिंग राउटर खरीदा कि काम में बाधा ना पड़े, लेकिन दोनों ने ग़ज़ब का काटा हुआ है।

अब कोई कहेगा कि एयरटेल ले लो! पता नहीं, सब के साथ इश्यूज़ हैं ही। मैं विदेशी @Starlink का पक्षधर कभी नहीं रहा, लेकिन काम में बाधा ना पड़े, इस कारण अब मुझे उसी की प्रतीक्षा है। पैसे ले लो लेकिन रिलाएबल कनेक्शन दो। 15 दिन से चल रही समस्या का समाधान क्यों नहीं?

Excitel वाले कॉल बैक करते हैं, पर उस समय स्पीड सही आती है, (जो समस्या है ही नहीं), फिर लाइव करो तो धोखा होता है। समस्या है लगातार स्पीड बनी रहे, वो 300mbps से शून्य पर ना आ जाए। 10 सेकंड भर के लिए स्पीड जीरो हुई और यूट्यूब से स्ट्रीम बंद। पूरे दिन की तैयारी पर पानी फिर जाता है।
