@bankwithsmile I still cant get through - now a total of over 5 hours on the phone with no joy - am incurring charges for unpaid invoices. And the only reassurance from Smile is that they are recruiting new staff but that it 'will take a while"

@bankwithsmile I spent 2 hours on hold on Friday, over an hour on Saturday and now into 30mins on a Sunday. Ive been with the coop/smile for over 20 years but will be leaving after this experience
