Good evening. It will now be 3 months since I was ban for third party software. I sent tickets to Riot Game during those months, but no one wants to tell me the reason for my ban. To contextualize the thing, I was in unranked on 04/15/2024 with a friend on the map Breeze, when suddenly the game cuts and I have as error code "VAN 152". I try to restart the game, but I realize that my account has been permanently banned, and that I was banned HWID for "cheat". I tried to appeal, but it was useless. I sent a message to
@ItsGamerDoc in PM but he does not answer me or he did not see it. I put more than 900€ in Valorant, and we think I cheat. I don’t know what software made me ban, but I didn’t install anything new or dangerous, which could have put my account at risk. I miss the game a lot, and that’s why I write this message. I put so much time on this account and so much money, i just want to get it back and play like before.

Je fait ce tweet (qui peut peut-être m'aidé) car j'ai été banni en avril 2024 suite au fait que j'ai "cheaté".

Pendant uen game casu avec un amis, la game se coupe subitement, et j'ai un code d'erreur "val 5".
