Cocoa Greek Yogurt Protein Wafflesπͺ
Ingredients:
-2 Waffles (220 cal)
-85g @siggisdairy Fat Free Greek Yogurt (50 cal)
-16g BPN Whey Protein (I used peanut butter flavor) (~60 cal)
- @waldenfarms_sa Zero Calorie Pancake Syrup
-5g Cocoa Pebbles for crunchy topping (15-20 cal)
-Can also add 5g of Creatine Monohydrate if desired (great way to get this in your plan without having to mix it in a drink)
How to make itπ₯π₯
-Mix the Greek yogurt and the protein powder/creatine (adding a small amount of water can help with consistency)
-Toast your waffles
-Top the waffles with the Greek yogurt and drizzle with the syrup
-Top it all off with a sprinkling of cocoa pebbles
-Enjoy!!
