After the comments made the other day, I felt like there was a big weight on my shoulders to set the record straight... and I knew it would be very tricky to do that whilst making 3 different recipes in the space of 7 minutes!! But thanks to all your support, I think I did ok (or so I’ve been told - it’s all a bit of a whirlwind still)

Hopefully everyone can now see that gluten-free food doesn't have to look or taste any different to 'normal' food, nor does everyone have to be eating their own separate meals at Christmas! As I said, being gluten-free is NOT a choice so please don't think of us as difficult! 🙅🏼‍♀️ Oh and of course preventing cross contamination is crucial for ALL who have coeliac disease!
