@bt_uk why can’t I cancel my broadband online? I can buy it in minutes but I’m expected to wait an hour on the phone to try and get through to someone. Doesn’t seem right. I just want to cancel please.

@bt_uk why is it that I can buy new broadband within a couple of minutes online but to cancel you insist on customers calling up, with wait times of around 1 hour? How is that remotely user-friendly? I just want to cancel my account. I have enough to do looking after two children

@rachela_hall Just read the article. I had no issues with deed poll - we signed it at a pub with some friends. HSBC then updated my account, and having new bank card etc allowed me to do everything else. Passport was only thing I needed all docs for - they nearly declined for “comedy” reasons

@nigelwalsh White Stuff, Duchamp, El Ganso (shame they closed their UK stores). On the t-shirt front I would highly recommend the @rapha merino t-shirts. They are phenomenal for work (black and dark navy ones).
