@CharleySe7en@TG_Techie@anne_engineer@CircuitPython@adafruit I coded it on CircuitPython 6.1 I believe. I put it aside while waiting for both CP capabilities to expand and work on my own Python skills. CP 9 is already at the release candidate part of the cycle.
I’m working on a fun little side project. I call it the CPDA or @CircuitPython Digital Assistant running on an @adafruit PyPortal Titano. I’ve only worked on it for a few days so far. Icons will be reworked eventually. It is able to launch apps right off the SD Card.
@CharleySe7en@TG_Techie@anne_engineer@CircuitPython@adafruit Not really a dumb question. CircuitPython is kind of the main thing running and I need to work within its limits. So on top of CP, there’s the launcher app, which hands off control to other apps. I need to revisit this.
Just about finished my first Klipper install. Added an @E3DOnline revo to the hemera I already had mounted, placed a @BigTreeTech SKR 1.4 turbo inside, and custom designed some mounts for the display and @Raspberry_Pi. Oh and I did this all with parts I already had on hand.
@calmeilles@driscollis So then it would make the answer D. Something Else, because it didn’t ask about final output. It asked the output of the REPL session.
@anne_engineer@scottmonaghan@kevsmac@matt_trentini It runs ok, but currently only on a few boards. The biggest issue is when there isn’t much flash memory, it may take up a significant portion. In those cases, it would make more sense to run @CircuitPython.
I welded for the first time today. I used flux core since that’s what I had. It’s not the prettiest thing, but I consider it successful. There’s a nut welded on the inside.
