@RealSexyCyborg In the "what's next" section of the report, we described that we are waiting for the victim and others to bring forward complaints that have not yet been resolved, even if that includes this one.

@RealSexyCyborg As mentioned in the report, the victim made it very clear that they did not feel that removing the person was necessary or appropriate, and that it made them uncomfortable that we had moved forward with that consideration. They wanted to see improvements to the CoC and processes.

@SeriousHorncat @RealSexyCyborg The CoC is being actively worked on. In this particular case we did pull in outside unbiased counsel on how to proceed, but we can make that very clear in the CoC.
