There is no better reward in life than conceptualizing an idea, spending valuable time working on the design, and then making that idea come to life with your own hands. Makers, no matter how niche their skills may be, are the soul and lifeblood of humanity #MakersMakeEverything

After hacks, a corrupted database, and years away, The Makers Workbench is back! I launched it in 2009 to share my electronics and maker projects. Much of the old content is restored, with plenty of new tutorials and projects too.

Day 4 with 0% usage on my @OpenAI Chat GPT Plus /Codex account. Can we get a reset please? I was 2 days away from weekly reset when the last global reset happened, and it pushed me back an additional week. Really wish there was a $50 account with more usage. Productivity at 0%..

Does anyone else miss the days we would open our Google Feeds page, to get our daily news and updates about the world? I remember feeds from Astro photo Of the Day, EEV Blog, Hack A Day, ITAP, Scientific American, IEEE, and so much more. It's a shame we abandoned rss feeds...

All of the shots left large impact craters in the aging asphalt and gravel, and he's lucky he did not catch a ricochet or shrapnel from the spalling. He's lucky to have been carrying, because I witnessed the fox jumping nearly to his neck. Always carry in the country folks.

Woke up this morning to two very loud gunshots, that sounded like they were at my front door. I jump up, and hear another, as I get to my window. Then 4 more in quick succession. My neighbor was on his morning walk, when a rabid fox came out of the woods and attacked him. 1/4

This fox took 4 10mm hollow points at point blank before it stopped attacking, and died. My neighbor is on the way to the hospital for treatment and testing, and Animal control wont be open until 9am to retrieve the body for testing... 3/4

Say what you want about the #IHRA but today alone, I have watched live races in Outlaw Drag Boats, Promod Mania, and a tractor pull, all live on the IHRA YouTube channel for free... Hard to complain about an org supporting motorsports at such scale, and streaming it for free...

Love the live FS1 coverage on a Friday night from Epping. Would be really cool to make this more of a regular occurrence in the next TV deal.

@OhioRacingMedia @NHRA Bring Patches Back ASAP!

@OhioRacingMedia $150/year is a bit high, but that's on-par with Flo's annual subscription. A TV deal would be nice for the exposure, but I feel they need more free streams on YouTube, and to promote more with automotive YouTubers, to really reach the younger/modern demo.
