Happening now at the @BuncombeSchools meeting. In response to this morning’s mask mandate, a group of people have “overthrown” the school board while the elected board is on recess.
@MarkHoofnagle @RyanMarino That is crazy ! Crap like that w/o more context is giving medicine a bad name.
While I'm sure it uncovers some needed cases that otherwise would've been missed , I'm betting it stigmatizes far more who don't need any interventions.
@kathygriffin Did the Tylenol work? I hope it went well!! It doesn't work for many othrs in tremendous pain who take #opioidRX to function. We DON'T want to be suicidal from #forcedtapers & #pain. Pls be kind to othr cancer & #painpatients who rely on #painmeds- Pls dont throw us under the bus
@HoogtRobert@JennaEllisEsq@tweetlelidy Srry no can do, already taken. Anti-mask sign Is a yellow star badge worn at mask protests
Ppl might think the unvaccinated the same as those who were starved, r*ped, gassed & burnt alive in ovens.
Rite along w/ those "tortured" & forced to wear a piece of cloth on their face
@CarolG68390237@lindyflies@JennaEllisEsq Ummm Down? You do know Florida is 4th in the United States for deaths?
3rd for positive cases? The only states that have more deaths is NY, CA & TX. The next one behind FL (5th) has like 10,000 LESS deaths.
Not sure how u feel this is stellar?

@ChrisHealth3@lindyflies@JennaEllisEsq You mean a percentage of the population will continue to have less colds, less flu's and other contagious conditions? Yeah, that will be awful.
Why is this problematic?
Researchers and policy makers often evaluate national claims to identify patients with OUD to focus interventions--particularly #MOUD. In this sample the #PPV of this ICD code was only 57.7% which impacts our ability to effectively reach patients. (5/7)
Not very. We did a chart review of >500 Vets with an ICD code for OUD and divided them into four categories:
1) high likelihood of OUD
2) limited aberrant opioid use
3) prescribed opioid use without evidence of aberrant use
4) insufficient information
(2/7)
ICD diagnostic codes are used to measure prevalence and treatment outcomes of #OUD. But how accurately do they describe patients’ #opioid use?
