While I doubt much will change at L’Oréal after this story, I hope the people who work there read this article and feel better knowing they aren’t alone in their experience.
I hope it’s not too late for them and that they find opportunities at a company where they can flourish.
During her time at L’Oréal, my sister went from being a driven, resourceful person to someone who often had anxiety and could barely keep their thoughts together.
She was a completely different person. It was heartbreaking, and I was frustrated not knowing how I could help her.
Imagine your employer tells you that your “behaviour may represent a risk to the psychological safety of other employees” when they’ve been gaslighting you the whole time.
That was the case for my sister — who went public about her experience at L’Oréal.

We got vaccinated!
My partner was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer (ALK+) last month.
She received all of her specialized treatments at @pmcancercentre for $0.
Now, she has to take medication that costs $5k+/mo but is covered by insurance. No chemo.
Absolutely grateful. ❤️
I’ve made a lot of poor financial decisions over the years.
Not because I wanted to; mostly because I didn’t know any better. There’s so much to learn as an immigrant.
You have to learn a new financial system in addition to navigating this new country you now call home.
When your friend needs to buy something so you go shopping with them. You end up liking things for your self. You get to the cash register and your friend doesn't want to buy her things any more. And you end up spending $200. Wtf.

the recent shootings in toronto are being used to turn this city into canada's own version of 'gun violence in chicago'

@glamzillaxo Start putting googly eyes on them. So it looks like a sock monster. This way he will be confused and amused and pick him his 'forgotten' socks.
@samanthajaneYT You might have cut into her vine. Cats finger nails are like their fingers. They have blood running through them until a certain point. I would bandage it up.❤
