Getting so annoyed with @AerLingus we cancelled our flights 3 weeks ago, applied for refund 3 weeks ago because they changed the flights 5 hours later to when we needed, haven't heard a thing, 7 phone calls, 2 calls waiting over 30mins to still no contact, I want a reply ASAP!
