#Makevember 30: Laminated corrugated cardboard sheets to make a giant base for doing jigsaw puzzles. Added a lip around the edge to help pieces from falling of the base.

#Makevember 29: Our house came with a wheelie bin with a big hole in it but otherwise fully functional. So I made a patch with wire mesh and stitch it in place with some wire.

#Makevember 20: The cardboard cat house is complete. Added a whole bunch of small openings/windows so the cat can see what's happening outside.

#Makevember 19: Almost finished construction of the cat house I sketched yesterday. Simple maze on the lower level and larger sleeping space on the upper level. Slightly different design from yesterday, will also add small window openings.

#Makevember 17: Cleaned the tip of my soldering iron. Used some copper and wood to clean most of the solids, then tip cleaner to try and renew the surface. I always try and leave a coating of solder to protect the tip. Normally prefer a beveled tip instead of this conical tip.
#Makevember 16: Bent some heavy gauge copper wire and then did some soldering. Soldering iron tip was very carbonized/oxidized so will try cleaning it up properly tomorrow.
#Makevember 13: Trying something new and over wintering some vegetable plants this year. Brought the repotted plants from the garage to the basement as nights in Vermont are getting below freezing. Trimmed all the dead leaves and labeled the plants.
