Hi @PayUindiaCare @PayUindia, I have DM you my ticket Id last Saturday. Still no response from your end.
It's been 20+ days I am waiting for my refund. Please look into this matter.

The transaction made by Payu gateway failed on 27 Feb.
No refund initiated till now, it was given that refund would be made in 5-7 days.
I have already DM you my ticket Id, stop asking that to me now.

The transaction I made through Payu gateway got failed. My money got debited. I asked the merchant, they told me that they are in contact with Payu, and Payu will refund back in 2-3 days. Now, around 15 days has past. I didn't have got my amount back.
