@Roku @RokuSupport Reported Cust. support ID 00278747 - no MP4 audio on Bluray MP4s in early June 2026. Roku OS 15.2.4 has the problem. When are you going to release an update to fix what you broke?? Purchased many Rokus from @Costco and Roku TVs from @Costco. Fix is a must! ETA?

@AEO what's up with your District Team Leaders/District Manager not responding to customer emails or providing a phone call back? Every other major company does this? Doesn't this role cover the customer experience?

@Roku FYI tried to work with customer support who is deflecting calls (3 times over 2+ hours). MP4 Bluray Audio does not work on Roku Media Player any longer on Roku stream bar. Please fix. Already ran Reset and gave device details to customer support. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER!

@Roku How do you want me to DM you? Roku Customer Support ticket number is 00278747 and I've replied to about 4 emails from customer service claiming I've not responded to them, when I did. Your business system process is broken and your support agents are taking full advantage.
