Sebanyak 11 orang warga Kampung Cibetus, Kecamatan Padarincang, Kabupaten Serang, ditangkap Polda Banten. Penangkapan itu diduga terkait aksi protes oleh warga terhadap kehadiran kandang ayam di kampungnya pada November 2024 lalu.

Tim Advokasi Untuk Demokrasi (TAUD) menyebut Polda Banten diduga melakukan kekerasan dan penangkapan sewenang-wenang terhadap warga Kampung Cibetus pada Jumat (7/2/2025) dini hari.

"Dalam kasus penangkapan tersebut, puluhan anggota Kepolisian dari Polda Banten langsung menggeruduk dan mendobrak rumah-rumah Masyarakat tanpa menunjukkan surat tugas dan menjelaskan permasalahan, bahkan pada saat kejadian berlangsung sejumlah anggota Polisi sempat menodongkan senjata api kepada Masyarakat," demikian keterangan tertulis TAUD, Senin (10/2/2025).

Selain memasuki rumah warga, polisi juga menangkap sejumlah santri di pondok pesantren tradisional. TAUD menyebut Polda Banten juga tidak membuka akses bantuan atau pendampingan hukum bagi warga yang ditangkap.

Mereka mendesak agar Kapolri memerintahkan Kapolda Banten untuk menarik seluruh personelnya dan meninggalkan Kecamatan Padarincang, Banten, karena menimbulkan ketakutan terhadap masyarakat dan berpotensi menimbulkan tindakan sewenang-wenang selanjutnya.

"Kami mendesak Kapolri memerintahkan Kapolda Banten untuk membuka akses bantuan hukum dan membebaskan semua masyarakat yang ditangkap dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka secara sewenang-wenang," jelas TAUD.

First of all, I need to clarify that it was @FlyFrontier not AlaskaAir.
Lady who comes to me with questions was very rude from the very beginning, even though I speak very decent English and can understand everything and agreed to assist, she still insists on removing me from my seat. What was the base for that, racial, national or other one, I'm not sure.
But after 2 minutes of conversation, she called security and I was deplaned from this aircraft, after 1,5 hour I boarded another airline one and left to my destination.
I did my best to stay calm and respecttul as you can see on the video.
But those crew members could do better next time and just be nice with clients.
