Normalize being ok with letting people think what they want about you. The idea that we're going to be liked, validated, or accepted by everyone is an illusion. Our peace, mental health and happiness is more important than other people's perceptions, opinions, or approval of us.

Unhealed trauma will sometimes give you a high tolerance threshold to emotional abuse and mistreatment. Just because you can handle it, doesn't mean you have to accept it. You deserve healthy love, remember that.
