@canarabank How can you expect a senior citizen to travel far during covid times. Why would other branch won't take KYC form or move account to their branch. This is unacceptable and rude behaviour on your part. No wonder, all state banks are struggling

@canarabank It is not a new account. The account was migrated from syndicate bank and was opened atleast 10 years ago. She is unable to withdraw money. This is bizzare, kindly provide an online option.
