So I applied for an internal position for my company for a design position. So I expected a return message to my work email. But they sent an email to my personal email last week that I didn’t notice until now. Is this on me?

@quinng_17 When I originally applied for a part time position nearly 2 years ago. I used my personal, so they do have it on file. But since I have been full-time for a year and a half and am also a manager, I thought they would send it there.
