His name is Lancelot Maungwe, a well-known ZANU PF Youth League member. He attended secondary school at Kwayedza in Fiyo but failed to complete his Ordinary Level to qualify as a policeman, let alone as a riot officer, according to the uniform he’s wearing.

The woman in the image has been identified as Nancy, another active ZANU PF member.

This is the shocking level of professionalism the @PoliceZimbabwe has been reduced to, thugs in uniform, paraded as law enforcement officers.
