Your managers need to identify that there is a lack of training, half your agents don't know how to address this ticketing procedure. Do your ticketing agents have a procedure for multi ride bike res?

Trying to make an @Amtrak bike reservation... i had to speak with an agent (that didn't know how to make the bike res), then cust relations.
Why does it take over 40min for a simple task? Your management needs to ensure proper training! #railfail #traindelay

Tried making a bike reservation on @Amtrak @PacSurfliners but they said there were no spaces available... @Metrolink has plenty of room for bikes!
@Amtrak = hates bikes because they fail to accommodate
@Metrolink = loves cyclists because they make it work
