@IndiaHaier Your services are going from bad to worse. The new AC we purchased in march end has irregular cooling. None of your technicians admit to the fault, and now, after multiple complaints, no one is attending our AC. @IndiaHaier pls respond, or we go to consumer court.

@PanasonicIndia this is probably the most rude service experience. First, the complaint is too long to register, and then the service guy does not turn up despite repeated folw ups. Call center executive is too rude and no response till 3 days .

@tajpalacedelhi yesterday's lunch at #spicyduck was a BIG disappointment, the sunday dimsum lunch was supposed to be up to Taj standard but was not, dimsums were ok but the crispy duck pancakes were a disaster, the following snacks were too spicy for an american palette.

@RenaultIndia what level of service is this first your service centre keeps my car for 21 days and too for minor accidental damage and when I complain their service head threatens us that the car is ready but he’ll not give coz we complained. #shocking
