I don't use Twitter anymore but started bc it's the only place where @PLDT_Cares (who doesn't care, actually) will respond to my complaints. I (and my entire condo bldg) have been without internet since SEPT 2020. (1/?)

Still no technician, and I have been spending on prepaid alternatives for FOUR MONTHS now AND my monthly PLDT bill which is getting me nothing. Originally, I was trying to upgrade my outdated DSL to FIBR in JULY 2020. (3/?)
