@andrew__camp I agree that PB and Earle have already seen declining enrollment in the past. What if you calculated the state average for declining enrollment from 2015 to 2019, using the same measure Oct 1 numbers? Let's say its 4%. Then you find the enrollment diff between the 2019-20 year..
