''Driving improvement in public services is a priority for us'' says R Behrens @phso Then Why Are 50's Womens Maladmin Complaints Not Addressed?- You've Had Now For A Year And Perversely 'Paused' On False J.R. Premise #BACKTO60#WASPI@GuyOpperman@ToniaAntoniazzi@MhairiBlack
2) For the avoidance of any doubt the detailed legal challenge from @maladmin legal to your revised stages 2/3 forms a response to these provisional reports- But with your staff on flexi Fridays/Mondays still leaves unanswered queries made to you on 1.1.24 ccd @StephenFlynnSNP
1) Your help desk on 26.1.24 indicated you are having systems upgrades, which may be one of the reasons that 50s women are not receiving acknowledgements or answers to queries sent since 1.1.24 - A legal detailed response to stages 2/3 was made to you on 15.12.23 @PHSOmbudsman
8) Meantime women affected by this continous maladministration are encouraged to read the material evidence, particularly noting the effects on you of maladministration incurred since 1995 and ensure they have responded via their MPs/legal. By 19th Jan 2024.
6) DWP are in dispute with the PHSOs findings.and to that end the maladministration complaints may go back to Parliament which is largely composed of a party which has consistently refused to acknowledge or provide any Justice to 50's women.
7) In these circumstances and in light of the CEDAWINLAW teams raising of a JR which may cover both maladministration and discrimination, then a mandatory legal fix would appear to be advantageous. https://t.co/FSGFiMNaIc
5) in ever increasing attempts or so it seems to dilute individual test complainants and other womens maladministration rights and complaints. A recent leaked DWP memo on social media would infer that https://t.co/4TP7oOHKeb
1) 15/12/2023 - @Maladmin legal have today challenged the Stage 2/3 revised PHSO report, having analysed both the new material evidence only received 19/11/2023 (over 1200 pages) and the revised report itself. Despite again working to the PHSOs extended cut off date of 21/12/55.
4) groups who were absent when vital legal data required a JR. EG:-Stage 1.and who have refused point blank to provide legal advice/support to those women paying into the original โlegalโ c/fund.
3) The โwomen hoursโ (unpaid) spent on this has been considerable over the years since and this small c/fund was never set up to employ lawyers and KCs when complaints were egregiously put into โpendโ for years or unlawful stage 2 reports produced and then rewritten, or, waspi
2) We were then advised on 14/12/23 this has been extended to 19/12/24, yet again disadvantaging test complainants and women whove provided data to deadlines, further delaying the process a theme employed since 50โs women raised maladministration complaints from 2015/16 onwards.
Well said @janemartin4519 -Many malad women including legal @maladmin challenged not only at Stage 1 but throughout + were denied usage of the large legal fund set up precisely for these cases despite being contributors in 2016 to the legal c/fund @INorBY2020@LizzieCornish12 -
1) 20/11/2023 - As 50's women affected by Maladministration still await the 'partially' revisited stage 2 PHSO report. It is important to note that Bindmans were instructed late in the day to ONLY represent 2 of the 6 test cases, thereby, excluding 4. and only at stage 2 (cntd)
4) 20/11/23 not re-hired until stage 2. Leaving stage 1 completely un-addressed. There is something fundementally flawed in this. It may behove 50's women affected by maladministration and discrimination to note that there is a class action fund at https://t.co/FSGFiMNIxK

3) 20/11/2023-Furthermore having secured alternative legal advice throughout all the stages since the Pend in 2018 @maladmin legal challenges to all the stages have been disregarded, albeit Bindmans have picked up on some but not all of the maladministration as they were (cntd)
7/4/23 โ The initiation of JR proceedings by Bindmans on behalf of Waspi re the PHSOs legally flawed Stage 2 Maladministration report has resulted in a joint request to court to have the PHSO stage 2 report quashed and contents relating to some paragraphs reconsidered.
@maladmin So if the stage 2 report is quashed with no legal standing is it ok to put this flawed report into the public domain for #waspi women to see?
