@RackApps How long will webmail be down? Will this be a repeat of the hostage fiasco where hours turn into days, then weeks & months & then poof our data never comes back? please advise. I have ptsd from you guys & it’s not right that you don’t give an ETA for restoring webmail.
@ExpressNews is this going to be a repeat of the ransomware situation with data lost forever?Here we are again trying to support customers who are without email communications for hours now. Do they understand they are taking businesses down? Who trained these people? This is not how IT works
@photomatt@wpengine If it were me, I would find a way to do this without bringing down the end user. Or, if you must, at least give us the many months of heads up it will take the small guys to make a move. We don't have your resources. WE are not WPE nor WP. WE are just people trying to work.
