Sadly, This kid most likely won’t make it far in football.

Here’s my take:

Players with his kind of attributes usually only blossoms when the team is built around them, they always want the ball.
Without the ball they’re lost, they like to run the show and they’re extremely confident doing that.
They’re the kind of players who will single handedly win you games when you build the team around them and give them that trust. He’s obviously a Natural born talent!

He would succeed under a coach who would trust his ability and give him that opportunity so that the team plays through him or at least he gets the ball most of the time.

Here’s the issue:
If he eventually later makes it to Europe on trial, most of the coaches there won’t trust him enough to build their team around him, they would want to turn him into a system player at best which he clearly isn’t.
Infact he’ll rarely even get passes and he’d seem lost and gradually his confidence would drop drastically and this would lead to him underperforming and struggling.
These has been the case of so many of our wonderful talents.
Nobody out there is ready to trust and build their team around them which is related to so many factors .

Had it been we have a functional footballing ecosystem. This kind of player doesnt need to be rushed to be shipped off abroad, keep him at home with a local team and a coach that would trust him and grow his value.
let him blossom and make serious waves in the local league and build a name and a huge clout behind him. His value would go through the roofs 🚀

Once he’s built that wave/clout around, Europe and the world already knows him and hears of him. They will come knocking!
When he eventually moves to Europe, there will be no questions in regards to his talents.
THIS IS HOW BRAZIL EXPORTS THEIR BEST TALENTS

But because our leagues are nothing to write home about, kids like this will eventually AT BEST get snatched up by one hungry agent and send him to Eastern Europe for quick money (if he even makes it there) and that’s the end.

Or he will toil fruitlessly as a local champion and keep getting told “guy I no believe say you no make am for football, you too sabi”

I’m not saying this will be his portion, I’m just sharing from my experience with sooo many talents like him.
We all know someone who was soo good in our different places, they usually never make it out!
People who knows him should encourage his guidance to make and push more videos of his playing. It increases his chances greatly.
