يسرّنا أن نعلن أن شركة أوميفكو قد أتمّت بنجاح عملية بناء سجل الأوامر والاكتتاب في طرحها العام الأولي، محددةً سعر الطرح النهائي ومؤكدةً تخصيص الأسهم لجميع فئات المستثمرين.

• تحدد سعر الطرح النهائي عند 156 بيسة للسهم، الحد الأعلى للنطاق السعري الاسترشادي (146 – 156 بيسة)
• حجم الطرح 260.9 مليون ريال عماني.
• تجاوز حجم الطرح بمقدار (x18) مع طلب قوي من المستثمرين المحليين والإقليميين والدوليين عبر الفئتين الأولى والثانية.
• يبدأ التداول في بورصة مسقط (MSX) في 8 يوليو 2026 تحت الرمز ‘OMIF’.

• Final Offer Price set at Bzs 156 per share at the higher end of the Bzs 146 to Bzs 156 range.
• Offering size amounts to OMR 260.9 million.
• Order book 18x oversubscribed, with strong demand from local, regional and international investors across Category I and Category II.
• Trading starts on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) on 8 July 2026 under the symbol ‘OMIF’.
