There is a clear discrepancy between what your office states and what the police station has confirmed.

After my account was hacked and my tweet deleted, I'm back to zero. How much more suffering will this take? I'm tired now. All this physical & mental harassment, who's answerable to this?

@PMOIndia @rpodelhi I applied for a passport in June, knowing I had an address issue. Both customer support and the PSK Jhandewalan helpdesk confirmed it could be resolved during my appointment, and my application was processed without correction @MEAIndia @passportsevamea @DrSJaishankar @rpodelhi

I also wish to bring another matter to the notice of the authorities.

During the police verification process, I was directed to meet the police station munshi regarding my address issue. During that interaction, I was allegedly asked to pay ₹10,000 as "kharcha-pani" to get the work done. I could not pay such an amount.

I request an impartial departmental inquiry into this allegation and into the handling of my passport application.

I am not asking for any favour.

I only request:
• A fair review of my case.
• Correction of portal limitations if they exist.
• Protection of genuine applicants from unnecessary financial loss.
• Accountability wherever procedural lapses have occurred.

Dear @MEAIndia @CPVIndia @passportsevamea @DrSJaishankar,

I am a first-time passport applicant from Faridabad, Haryana, and I request your urgent intervention.

My passport application has effectively failed not because I submitted false information, but because of apparent limitations in the Passport Seva Portal and the way my case was handled.

My Aadhaar contains my correct residential address with PIN 121014. However, while filling the Passport application, the portal did not provide this PIN code as an available option. Due to this system limitation, I had to select another available PIN code. The portal also had a character limit, preventing me from entering my complete landmark.

I trusted the system and proceeded in good faith.

After the adverse police verification, I again visited the Passport Office expecting a solution.

Instead, I was told that because the Passport portal does not contain my correct PIN code, I should first change my Aadhaar address according to the Passport portal and then submit a fresh passport application with a new fee.

This raises a serious question.

Should a citizen modify a valid government-issued address simply because another government portal has not been updated?

If my Aadhaar contains a valid address, why should I be forced to change it due to a system limitation? Why should I lose my application fee for no fault of my own?

Every day in my life I get messed up with such companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ICICI Bank, Airtel, HP etc. but never with Tata Groups. Should I consider this as a great services or just because of the great personality @RNTata2000 ❤️
