सबसे पहले तो यह समझना ज़रूरी है कि यह बॉयलर नहीं, बल्कि एक भारी-भरकम ODC (Over Dimensional Consignment) प्रेशर वेसल/इक्विपमेंट है।

और 200 टन से कहीं अधिक वजन तथा 6 मीटर से ज्यादा व्यास वाले ऐसे प्रेशर वेसल को मल्टी-एक्सल SPMT से देश के एक हिस्से से दूसरे हिस्से तक, यहाँ तक कि दूर���राज़ के प्रोजेक्ट साइट्स तक पहुँचाना आज के भारत में कोई असाधारण नई बात नहीं है।

ऐसे ODC की आवाजाही शुरू करने से पहले पूरे रूट का डिटेल सर्वे, ब्रिज/कल्वर्ट की क्षमता की जाँच, मोड़, क्लियरेंस, रोड लेवल और बाधाओं का आकलन किया जाता है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर साइन बोर्ड, रोड डिवाइडर, कट आदि को अस्थायी रूप से हटाना भी इसी लॉजिस्टिक्स प्लान का हिस्सा होता है।

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और हैवी-लिफ्ट/हेवी-हॉलिंग इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े लोगों के लिए यह कोई नया नज़ारा नहीं है।
हाँ, अगर आपने पहली बार देखा है तो नज़ारा वाकई रोमांचक लगा होगा! 😎#ODC

I am writing regarding order #40278932887561116, placed on 22 August 2026 for a Decor & More 2-Door Shoe Rack. I selected Amazon-arranged, chargeable technician installation. The product was delivered on 27 August, with installation scheduled for 7 September.

However

●On 6 September, the Amazon-appointed technician cancelled, so we arranged our own technician.
●Upon opening the package, we found the shoe rack damaged and immediately requested a replacement.
●From 9 to 11 September, Amazon repeatedly marked the replacement “out for delivery.” We waited at home until as late as 11 PM each day, but it never arrived.
●We requested cancellation and a refund on 12 September.
●Amazon now states that collection will occur on 14 September, with the refund initiated within 13 days and credited up to 7 days later—potentially a further 20-day wait.

It’s a serious failure in delivery coordination and after-sales service.
I request that Amazon:

1.Collect the damaged product immediately.
2.Process the full refund upon or alongside collection, without the additional 13 + 7 days delay.
3.Confirm the exact refund-credit date to the original payment method.
4.Provide compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and inaccurate delivery assurances from 9–11 September.

Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it without further delay.

Now, she has made another video. This is not a typical apology video, she is still questioning army. To gain legitimacy, she claimed her grandfather fought wars against Pakistan and China. She is scared and feeling unsafe....a bit of victim card included as well.
