This is actually good news, for Uganda ranking #24. what this means, you can get a job in USA, UK as a Ugandan and get paid in dollars without leaving the country.

If you look at the score;
1. Good at labor cost.
2. Good at English
Our draw backs are easy fix;
- Digital infrustructure: We need government to help have Stripe, Paypal, Sendwave, Payoneer approved such that it is easy for talents to get paid. We also need push for reduction on cost of internet and reduction on tax on laptops, desktops and mobile phones. This would push our digital infrustructure ahead.

- Talent Availability: This is more citizen based, we need to push more people to learn digital skills.

Our economy can tripple in a single year if we tap into this.

Our timezone is perfect for USA, we are 8 hours ahead (UTC) means if I have office work to do today, it will be ready by morning in USA for presentation.

i can make more money as a ug minister in 3yrs than i have been able to make as a french citizen in 17yrs.

and as a ug minister or a wealthy ex-minister, i still pretty much maintain the freedom and flexibility similar to that of a french citizen

Did you ever hold, or do you currently hold, Canadian and/or Rwandan citizenship?
If you previously held another citizenship and have since renounced it in order to qualify for ministerial office, then the matter is straightforward: provide Parliament with documentary proof of the renunciation or cancellation.

There is no need to impute motives, allege hatred, or raise the political temperature over what is essentially a factual question. Public office carries public accountability, and questions about eligibility are legitimately answered with evidence. #UgandaGovernedByLaw
