I'm hoping a new @realDonaldTrump administration with @TulsiGabbard can reverse the Biden regime change in Pakistan and help @ImranKhanPTI .
This was all because of a peaceful oil trade deal between Russia and Pakistan, and unnecessary Biden government overreach.
“Imran Khan is the number one political prisoner the world should be concerned about. If something isn’t done, it’s very possible he could die (in prison).” - @DarrenJBeattie the political scientist and commentator who was one of the last to interview Imran Khan before he was taken into custody 455 days ago.
Imran Khan’s life is under constant threat from the military regime, which confines him in a 6x10-foot death cell at the maximum-security Adiala Jail. He is subjected to continuous mental torture, deprived of basic necessities, held in complete darkness with no electricity, and denied access to his medical team. He has no contact with his sons, and his access to legal and political teams is severely restricted. Held in complete solitary confinement under 24/7 surveillance, his every movement is recorded. This is a blatant violation of human rights and international laws.
The world must raise their voice for Imran Khan and demand his immediate release before its too late.

@Heccles94 All you need is capitalism with progressive labor laws and tax system, comprehensive social safety net including tax funded health system.
Socialism leads to a stagnant economy.
@jeremyct It's capitalism. You dont have to stay there. In fact you're enabling the "passing costs along" problem. There has to be a rental price (after increase) at which you would move?
@geleilaoshi You probably didn't experience enough of it. It's quite possible a ton of improvements have occurred since I was there, but I find it hard to believe that they have surpassed. Maybe in some cities. I found areas to be smelly, the people pushy, and food sub-sub-par overall.
@skumWgmi It would take an immense amount of money to end world poverty, including paying for the infrastructure and instruments to do so. I'm not sure any single Billionaire has that kind of wealth.
@CherieBeneteau They probably didn't annualize the bonus, ie spread it over the whole year, assuming it's a one time per year thing. If so, they probably withheld too much for tax.
@Lestatd87312933@iAyushiRajput@elonmusk No need to be rude. It's just a question. Maybe that's your way of trying to win an argument, but it comes off as childish.
@Matt_Camenzuli Context is everything. The hourly rate is likely around $25, time and a half Saturdays, Double time Sundays. Double time and a half, public holidays.
Some industries have triple time pay under certain circumstances.
It's to compensate worked forced to work on Xmas, Easter, etc.
@ThrillaRilla369 Should have been done 30 years ago.
I will vote for the party and presidential candidate that runs on this with a persuasive argument that it will actually get implemented.
If not I'm voting for a 3rd Trump term.
I used to write with double dashes especially years ago -- now I feel like I can't because it will seenm ai generated. Just like Hitler ruined the tiny mustach, ai has ruined the double dash.
@BernieSanders It should be better than Medicare. No premiums, funded entirely though taxation, either no deductibles or highly subsidized deductibles.
@RBReich When the rate gets to about 40% it's a disincentive, at that rate it's above 50% when you add payroll, state, and local income taxes.
Raising corporate tax may incentivize more R&D jobs, and jobs in general, though less so today. Today they move HQs offshore.
