@BBCSport Just a quick question. Why do your sports commentators and co-commentators still use lip mics? Surely it is better to use head sets with microphones attached. It means that the hands are kept free for note taking, or using hands to emphasize points being made on camera

@lawyerschiff greetings from the UK mighty one!!! Can I ask you, in a criminal case, the burden of proof falls in the prosecution to prove guilt. Does the same apply in a defamation case? The plaintiff has to prove defamation while the defendant sits back and lets it happen?

@jackrice @lawyerschiff TXT 1/2 Greetings Gentlemen. I've just been playing catch up with the Bryan Kohberger sentencing. Besides the jail time, he was heavily fined, to a total of $270,000. $20,000 of that to go to the families as restitution. He will take forever to pay that,
