@RRadRyan I feel like him coming back to the internet as a millionaire who could technically retire was kind of crazy, and I literally say this as a fan. I think it’s ridiculous when people expect cancelled influencers to go work at a grocery store but he literally doesn’t need to be here
@TweetingTimo and I had an ME/CFS sufferer on here get mad at me because I had orthostatic hypotension that eventually mostly resolved on its own, they essentially said ME/CFS is a ‘lifelong condition’ that ‘will never get better’, are we to believe that 1% of the pop. has this specific malady
@TweetingTimo if this is true then the inclusion criteria is incorrect or too unspecific. I say this as someone who allegedly has MS or similar neurologic disorder who has had migraines. Do I fit the criteria of having a “headache disorder” because I’ve had like 5 migraines in my life?
@wormlover92 if you’re at all spiritual this kind of thing is a sign you’re supposed to move, if there’s anywhere else you’ve ever wanted to be start applying to jobs there
@its_pears_ because NP is often online and a lot of them are degree mills (allegedly). A lot of NPs also continue working while in NP school but PA school is so rigorous pretty much none of them work during and give up their social lives for 2-3 years to attend
@ehjovan I failed my test and the guy asked “why do you need your license” and I said “I want to drive to work so my mom doesn’t have to drive me around and I can buy things 🥺” and he passed me…I was 24 years old
@getinglouderig only be due on tuesday/thursday or monday/ wednesday, but it was often only one assignment due one of two days, now there are 100 level classes than have 4 assignments due EVERY WEEK and then also midterms and projects due aside from those, there just wasn’t this much back then
@getinglouderig this is actually one of my huge pet peaves with the current college landscape as someone who started in 2015 but didn’t graduate until 2025, there are genuinely roughly 3-4 times more assignments than there were in the teen years before canvas was as big. assignments could also
@xishoodlaan the 6-8:45 is gonna kick your ass, and I say this as a night owl. I’ve taken 8ams and barely passed but I failed or dropped like 2/3 6pm or later classes I ever took. Idk what it is but it just became permanent nap time or depression hour
@onelastunicorn not an arborist or whatever but my understanding is that you can graft literally any kind of citrus on and it should work to some extent
@grimmelthgrisly@chrisisclueless my life is just starting and that is okay. Getting older helped but I literally have years of my life where I probably spoke less than 20 words out loud for the entire day on average
@grimmelthgrisly@chrisisclueless I literally definitionally have treatment resistant depression and fall asleep wishing I don’t wake up every night, at some point that just has to get old and you have to decide to take the steps to get something in your life to change. did not happen overnight I am near 30 and
@gaudyvamp@chrisisclueless proctor so that he would pass me even though I should have failed so that I would have more motivation to leave the house, I only applied to jobs that were in bus distance of my home and landed one, changed my college major, switched from online to in person etc.
@gaudyvamp@chrisisclueless all I can say is that a light literally switched in my head and I just decided to change, it did not happen overnight but I just had to make choices that would result in the outcome I wanted (other than suicide), I got my drivers license with no practice and trauma dumped to the
