@stripe told us a bug of them triggers false refunds requests from (our) customers. So @stripe not only "refunds" our customers who never asked for refund, but charge us for a fee. Solution? Getting money from Stripe's users (us). We are paying @stripe for giving a free service!

@missiveapp excellent product, but UX is not so great. Poor shortcuts, lots of clicking, hidden commands. E.g. how possibly can one read that and not have a link to "upgrade" :-)
