The Mayor and Governor are elected officials the last i checked. They know what's going on or at least mislead us in knowing they do.

@CoinyeJWest Gotta be willing to negotiate. Lamar has shown that he really doesnt want to, he just wants what he wants. Lets see if Zay is any different. I would have trouble paying Zay 42 mil APY before Lamar has a deal tho. Unless thats one of Lamars hostage demands similar to getting OBJ.
