This is a video from a few years ago showing the anatomy and exposure of an in-situ RIMA to the AV groove circumflex. Combined with a LIMA to the LAD this is as close to a CAD cure as one can get.

I'm at the airport and there are no explosions, no damage and it's just like any other airport in the world. I've just left a medical conference in Riyadh @TCT_ME_ And the only thing i experienced was amazing Saudi hospitality. Don't believe everything you read on Twitter!

The only danger that i experienced (or rather my waist experienced) was eating too much Um Ali !

An aortic prosthesis placed in 1972 which I had to remove almost five decades later in order to gain access for an MVR. It was functioning perfectly. Open AVR on a young patient with a mechanical prosthesis through a full sternotomy is a great operation.

If you hear about a bioprosthetic valve with 0% early/midterm failure or a “center of excellence” with 100% mitral repair rate, you should be very suspicious. If you hear about 0% STS mortality look for the attached palliative care floor belonging to a different hospital.
