@Hozelock Already had a conversatio via DM. You sent the wrong item. I've returned it, but going to have to wait over a month until I get the replacement item, so cancelled the order, now waiting for the refund. Not very customer oriented.

@Hozelock odered a wall bracket for the 2403 30m Auto reel. Wrong one arrived last friday 9th. Rang customer service told me to return it, I asked for a pre-paid returns label as your fault! Still have not received the returns label, still have to wrong wall bracket! Pl advice

@Hozelock Any way you can confirm the returned bracket has been received and the replacement has been dispatched. Heard nothing back. Tracking receipt I have does nothing.
