@vfsglobalcare I applied for the UK visa from Dubai and I want get my passport back. Sent an email to your customer care and took them 8 DAYS to send me the most useless reply. no phone number to call and I explained how urgent it is for me to get my passport back back this week

@vfsglobalcare I paid for courier services but I am unable to reach to you neither online nor through the phone to ask for my passport. Your customer care email is by all means the worst customer experience ever and it took them 8 days to reply despite me explaining how urgent
