Nabeel Arman is a bright individual. His abduction by the security personnel only further increases our collective concerns towards the safety of Baloch students, particularly in Islamabad and Punjab. Because had there been any criminal charges against him, they needed not to abduct him, but formally arrested him and continued their interrogation. But they, like always, choose the other way, the illegal way of enforced disappearances.

Nabeel’s case is not an isolated incident. We have already witnessed Baloch students being disappeared from there and within Balochistan for no crime. I ask for his immediate release, along with the others, so that he continues to work for the societal development.
