It could have just been his first time or just the fight with Ragnir but during the fb his hybrid form seemed to wear him out even though it easily beat Harald. I think Loki will need to be healed before we see him at full strength

@VGMarkis @RogersBase I think the people expectations are too high for that fight I’m pretty it’s over in the next chapter. Loki was already exhausted and injured then Imu literally pulls a Dragon slayer sword. There might be two more panels before Luffy shows up
