@HollyPivec Something that makes me so sad is that in the place I live, I'm now very, very wary when people talk about the Holy Spirit. Not because I don't believe, but because I DO and I've seen the "God said" or "that's the Holy Spirit" language be abused.

Something that gets tiresome about life in a small town is the attitude that nothing bad happens here. I personally know that's not true... people are people no matter where you go...good and bad. Pretending evil doesn't exist isn't helpful.
