@makemytripcare I have received a reply of Sunny from MMT that full amount is being refunded and will be credited to the mode of payment made in 5 to 7 business days. Keeping fingers crossed.

@MoCA_GoI Thankyou. I hope @airindia and @makemytripcare take this seriously and give some concrete reply. They have been giving evasive answers. Airindia says speak to MakeMYTrip and MMT gives the standard reply that we are working to resolve the issue. No concrete answers, about refund.

Booking done Mum-Del-Mum. Flight canceled by Air India. It's been a month refund not yet processed. Air India says to contact make my trip and make my trip says no money received from Air India. Please let us know who do we go to.

As per airline policy "All refunds must be processed within 14 working days. If you booked through a travel agent, the airline is still directly responsible for ensuring the refund is executed"

Thats is not correct. You say to connect with MakeMyTrip. while MakeMy Trip says they have not received money from you. atleast we have a right to know if the claim has been settled
