1)Red meat is bad

3)Low salt for all
4)Sugar is fine
5)Vegetable oils are healthy
6)Whole grains are healthy
7)High carb diets are good for us
In my 35+ years of taking care of patients and preaching the virtues of a low-carb diet, I've come to the conclusion that the single best thing you can do for your health is to spend more time in your own kitchen.
