Hey, @ASICSamerica. I would love to find my aunt these shoes and surprise her with a new pair. She has quite literally worn the sole out of them. She is an incredibly hard worker, and I just can’t find this pair anywhere. Thank you for your help.🥺
Teachers are not superheroes. We’re just regular people that chose a profession that believes the future can be better. Don’t play on our emotions. We know why we went into teaching and have no need to be reminded of it. We are not martyrs.
Classroom Management this year. The goal was to keep students in their seats and give them visual reminders. I’m hoping to replace the tokens with characters the kids like after I get to know them. #2ndgrade#iteach2nd
@mrlee6 I did morning meeting with my 5th graders 2 years ago. They thought they were too cool at first for meet and greet, but they eventually loved it. They enjoyed when I gave them a topic to discuss and they could add value to the convo. They loved games too!
Okay, great-- some teachers are being asked to teach online AND in-person, therefore doing twice as much work...
So does that mean that they will be paid double?
@i_teach_littles#clearthelists 3rd year teacher, and I’d love to have some supplies for this year. Especially the social emotional books :) https://t.co/BcNNSPo49P
Whatever happens this fall, I know I will provide my kids the best learning experience I can despite the circumstances. I’m praying for my kids, my team, and my admin as we get ready for whatever is coming. #gonnahaveagoodday
@urban_teacher As a new teacher, it seemed to me like there was a “magic bullet”. A new PD, a new book, a new training, but what I found out was that relationships>everything else.
