I just witnessed one of my library’s LAs give on the spot reference help that was just perfect - gentle, productive, and affirming. I made a point to compliment her afterwards and found myself tearing up. Sometimes you just love your job, you know?

Please don’t use terms like Tribe unless you are discussing actual tribal affiliations. Don’t use it to talk about your social group. There are different opinions on this term in Indigenous circles but it shouldn’t be thrown around randomly.
