I had to call @CapitalOne to remove 25.00 fee and was told they would remove it "THIS time". Why is it my fault that I paid on time and yet still charged 25.00. If I am anywhere in USA and pay on time I should not be charged 25.00!

@CapitalOne I have a @CapitalOne cc and made payment on due date (June 1) and still charged 25.00 late fee? I called and they said because @CapitolOne is on EST. I am on West Coast and paid my bill on time 6:30 pm (PST) but billed 25.00 for late charge. Cont above.
