Revitalizing Downtown Louisville is this easy:

1. Make it Easier to Build: Remove bureaucratic obstacles that hinder new development downtown.

2. Incentivize Businesses: Provide incentives for companies to relocate, start, or conduct business downtown.

3. Remove I-64 from the Waterfront: Plan to eliminate the interstate from the waterfront area.

4. Bring a Grocery Store Downtown: Attract a grocery store to the downtown area to serve residents and visitors.

5. Invest in Multi-Use Developments: Convert office towers into vibrant multi-use developments.

6. Advance the Butchertown Soccer Stadium Project: Move forward with the development of the soccer stadium in Butchertown.

7. Implement Higher Taxes on Parking Lots: Increase taxes on businesses that profit from parking lots.

The President of the United States, the Vice President and the Secretary of Defense claimed, without evidence, that this accomplished warrior was only in the pilot’s seat because of “DEI”.

She was in the top 20% of cadets nationwide—and it’s pathetic and disgusting that her family had to issue this statement to the country to justify her seat even in her death because the leaders she served under blamed her for the accident in front of the White House press corps within 12 hours of the crash on baseless speculation that she was unqualified because she was a woman.

If you’re an American—or even if you’re just a decent person—this should make you burn.
